2025 Pool & Party Information

To book a party, call 919-848-8313 during pool hours. Your rental or party booking is not secured until your check has been handed in to the pool office. Your check will not be cashed until after the party has been held.

Private After Hour Pool Parties:
Members can rent the pool for 2 to 4 hour parties after hours. Rentals will be limited to two times per week; therefore, reservations should be confirmed in advance to ensure availability. You have until 2 hours prior to the start of the party to cancel with no charge. Rentals are only available for parties of 80 people or less, including swimmers, non-swimmers, parents, and chaperones. Rental fees are as follows:

  • Price for Main Pool: $200 an hour for the pool and $25 an hour per lifeguard (3 life guards minimum)
  • Price for Slide Pool: $300 an hour for the pool and $25 an hour per lifeguard (6 life guards minimum)

Parties During Normal Pool Hours:
Members can host smaller parties during normal pool hours. Only two parties are allowed at any given time; therefore, parties should be confirmed in advance to ensure availability. These parties are limited to three hours and a maximum of 15 people per party, including all non-member swimmers, non-swimmers, parents, and chaperones. Parties can only be held on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, excluding holidays. Tables are first come, first serve. Set up is allowed no more than one hour prior to the party.

  • Price: $150

Adult Only Lounge Area Rentals:
Members may rent the “Adults Only” cabana area by the baby pool during normal pool hours. If interested, call 919-848-8313 or stop by the pool office during normal pool hours.

Swimming Pool Rules & Regulations

The Pool Director and his staff will regulate the use of the swimming pool and will maintain control of the pool during operating hours. Pool rules and regulations are designed to provide the greatest pleasure for the membership and guests. The Pool Director is given full authority to enforce all swimming regulations and we reserve the right to suspend any member who fails to obey the rules of the club or jeopardize the safety of any member.

Lifeguards shall be on duty at all times during pool hours. Their first duty shall be safety and they will be responsible for enforcing the pool rules. However, parents are expected to personally supervise their children and the responsibility of adults who accompany children to the pool does not cease because a lifeguard is on duty. All persons with children in their care are required to watch, protect, supervise and control these youngsters at all times when they are on Club property.

  1. No one will use the pool unless there is an employed swimming instructor or lifeguard on duty
  2. Glass containers are not permitted within the pool enclosure, and no food or drinks shall be consumed except the area separated and designated for this purpose. Every member and guest is expected to cooperate to keep the pool premises clean and attractive and free of debris.
  3. Each member or guest entering the swimming pool must scan a Seven Oaks membership I.D .
  4. Guest policies - Out of town guests may swim for $10.00 fee. In town guests (within 25 miles of Seven Oaks) may visit on Wednesdays - Guest Day. Fee is $10.00. See the Guest policy section for more details.
  5. There will be a ten-minute break each hour. All persons under the age of 18 will be required to get out of the water during this break.
  6. NO children under 12 years of age shall be left at the pool without direct supervision of a responsible person.
  7. Pets are not allowed around Swim and Tennis areas.
  8. Infants must wear swim safe diapers.
  9. All lounge chairs and tables are to be used on a first-come basis.
  10. No horse play, dunking, splashing, running, boisterous, or rough play shall be allowed in or around the pool,and violators will be subject to discipline by the Pool Director. Repeated violations shall be grounds for suspension.
  11. No hard balls, hard toys, or water guns are allowed in the pool. Floats, kickboards, noodles may be used in the shallow end of the pool (inside lifeline) without a parent .
  12. Adults shall be responsible for children using the baby pool.

  14. Swimmers must be able to swim to the side of the pool without assistance in order to use the diving boards.
    a. One person is allowed on the diving board at a time.
    b. Divers may bounce once on board, no double or multiple bounces, and must jump straight out away from the board and walls.
    c. Upon completing the dive, the diver must swim to the closest ladder
  15. The slide will only be open at designated times typically from 12 PM- 6:30 PM this will vary depending upon weather and attendance. All swimmers must be at least 42 inches in height to ride the slide. The swimmer must be able to swim to the side of the pool by themselves without any assistance. A trained employee will supervise slide activities. Only one person will be allowed to use the slide at one time; no water wings or balls permitted on the slide. You must slide feet first, lying down on your back. Bathing suits must be free of buckles, metal buttons, etc.

Guests

Members are welcome to bring guests on designated days for a fee of $10 per person. In-town guests (within a 25-mile radius of Seven Oaks) may visit on Wednesdays, while out-of-town guests can come any day. On July 4th, only out-of-state guests are permitted.

All guests must be accompanied by a member and must check in and pay at the front gate before entering. Payment can be made by cash or card. Guests under one year old are free of charge. Members can register up to four guests at a time, unless prior special permission is granted.

If you are a single member, you may bring one guest at a time, free of charge, on any day of the week. The guest must still be signed in at the front gate and accompanied by the member.

Please note: Providing false information about your membership or guests is a violation and may result in suspension.

2024 Grill Sign-Ups

Using the Sign-Up Genius linked below, choose a time slot that you wish to use for one of the grills at the pool. Please be considerate of other members and do not sign up for slots more than 3 days in advance.
Grills are first come first served. You must claim your spot by 5pm on the day you wish to cook.
